Ordering Information
Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. I print models as orders come in and do not typically have models ready to go. This means that there is a delay between the order and the turnaround time in which it will be shipped. This delay may be up to one month post order. If you need something sooner, please reach out and I can see if I can help shorten that wait. (This is not always possible depending on the queue of orders and models needing to be shipped.)
3D Resin Print Information
As 3D printed models become more popular, there are more questions about what makes them good sculpts.
Honey Hill Studio guarantees quality work. Any and all available prints that are produced will be properly cleaned and cured. Our resins will never arrive sticky, smelly, or wet. Any hollow resins will be properly cured on the inside and have walls thick enough to block out light, as well as an air hole to ensure there is no expansion of the model in warmer conditions.
Models will need various levels of prepping before being ready to paint and buyers should expect to dedicate time to prepping before model will be ready to adhere to primer. Models will not arrive with supports still attached, missing or broken pieces, improperly supported small structures, or rough layer lines. (This is not true for second-quality releases. These releases will have flaws and their price reduction will reflect that.)
Second-quality models are sold as-is and have print or other production flaws that may include but are not limited to breaks, cracks, layer lines, warping, etc.. There will be no refunds offered on second-quality prints for any reason.
Shipping
I am happy to ship internationally. In order to make sure your model arrives as advertised, they will be packed in bigger packages to ensure their safety.
International shipping does come with higher charges to offset shipping prices. These prices are flat rate and will not change with multiple model purchases
To Europe there is an additional $20 shipping charge.
To Australia and New Zealand there is an additional $35 charge.
To Canada there is an additional $15 charge.
I will do my very best to pack the models securely, but the postal service has not been known to be gentle all the time. In the case that your model arrives broken, please contact me upon their arrival. Upon their arrival is crucial here. If you contact me after a week of having the models, I can only assume that they arrived safely and have broken or otherwise reverted to an unsavory model due to user error.
Any refunds or replacements will be up to my discretion.
Returned mail (nondeliverable or rejected) :
If mail is returned due to being rejected or unable to be delivered, no refund shall be offered. Model will be held for 10 months* after return for the chance of redelivery. Any redelivery fees (new shipping label) must be paid by buyer before model(s) will be re-shipped.
*Any returned packages will be held for a maximum of 12 months after the initial shipment of the model. After 12 months models may be sold or painted. pictures should be taken immediately upon receiving. Video or picture should be taken when opening product. All packages are insured for $100 automatically (unless sent internationally). Full refund or replacement will be offered at seller’s expense. Damaged model must be returned to sender or to post office pending insurance claim.
Damaged During Opening :
In the event that your model is damaged upon opening the box, pictures should be taken of box. All packaging labels are placed on the bottom/side of package and box should not be opened in that direction. Handwritten addresses are on top or side and boxes should be opened near those. Seller does not claim responsibility for models broken due to mishandling or rough treatment. If model is broken due to mishandling, return at buyer’s expense is required for any refund. Buyer must provide information about damaged model when opening within 72 hours of USPS confirmed delivery. Partial refunds may be offered for no more than half of the original purchase price of the model if warranted.
Damaged At Opening :
These models may have been broken during shipping due to mishandling of parcel or poor packaging. Partial refunds in the amount of no more than half of the original purchase price may be given, or a full refund/replacement of model will be given by seller. Seller is responsible for any return or replacement shipping costs.
Payment
Time Payments & Purchases from 3rd Party Websites:
Time payments can be negotiated prior to purchase. If you are interested in time payments instead of paying in full, please email through the contact form on the contact section below or through the sales page.
Time payment terms are negotiated for each purchase, but follow the same general rules:
All time payments must be completed by a date agreed upon through both buyer and seller
All payments made are nonrefundable
All payments are void if the buyer backs out. If something happens to the model prior to the time payments being complete, all payments made will be refunded
Shipping will be determined prior to the invoice being sent out
Any orders placed through a 3rd party website (such as Model Horse Connection) will receive an invoice. Invoices are not sent until the model is ready to be shipped. Payment of the invoice is due within 7 days from sending unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please note:
Squarespace selling does not allow for invoices to be sent out. When you purchase through the website, you are participating in a straight purchase. This means that your money will be withdrawn from whichever payment method you decided to use.
Refunds & Cancelations
Are not favorable and please do not do it. If you are unsure about ordering or turnaround time for your order, reach out prior to ordering so I can work with you.
If you have placed an order and are interested in cancelling, please contact via email, Instagram, or contact form on website. Do NOT contact through Facebook messenger, as messages are often not notified and will get lost.
Cancellations must occur before orders are marked as pending. If orders are marked as pending and shipping label has been paid and tracking provided, cancellations are denied.
In the event that you need to cancel your order and request a refund, it is up to me whether I allow the cancelation to process. Some reasons I may not allow are:
Your order is already being printed
Your order is packed
Your order has shipped and/or the shipping label is printed
I do try to be accommodating to everyone. I understand life happens, but your lights on the MHTB will determine whether you will be allowed to order again. An order cancelation and refund may get you blocked and any future orders immediately canceled.
International orders must be returned at Buyer’s expense for any refund or replacement to be accepted.

Technically I am exempt from posting this as this is a privately owned business with one (1) employee (me). Regardless, please take precautions when prepping/sanding your products. Please also do not place models in your mouth or eat them. You don’t know where that thing has been.
